WAR TARPS

The War Tarps series was first exhibited at the University of Pretoria Gallery in South Africa. These works were large stained canvasses inundated with financial codes and serial numbers. In 2004, Lottering painted a canvas for each country in the world where a major conflict was fought. Below are a few examples.
